Technical information

  • Cookieless Vercel Web Analytics collects pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate region.
  • Cookieless Vercel Speed Insights collects page-load performance for those same kinds of technical details.
  • Vercel and Cloudflare keep server and security logs, including IP address, to host the site and protect it.

  • Contact forms are processed by n8n at purogen.app.n8n.cloud so we can respond.

We do not use live chat, session recording or replay, or advertising or social-media tracking pixels.

  • Modifications void warranties unless approved in writing

  • Emergency support may be available under service agreements
  • Remote diagnostics require internet connectivity

4. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by PuroGen
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Shipping costs are additional unless specified

5. Use Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
  • Resell equipment without authorization

All intellectual property rights in TheBOX® technology, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the property of PuroGen. You receive only a limited license to use the equipment.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty:

  • Equipment is warranted for defects in materials and workmanship
  • Warranty period is specified in your purchase agreement
  • Warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
